weekend house

kaale/nummedal

hurum 2002-06

The program was divided in three houses: bath house, dormitory and living room. All the circulation is outdoors celebrating the Nordic summer. The construction is very primitive without insulation, and the only heating is a stove. The foundations and constructional system were developed so they could react on local circumstances like roots or loose slate.
